Starting from , the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Amberg-Weiden, at the International Office, location Amberg, is seeking a part-time position (50%) as Project Manager MINTeGreat (m/f/d) to be filled until .

The focus of this position is the coordination and management of the MINTeGreat project, which aims to integrate international students (especially those in STEM fields) sustainably throughout their entire student life cycle, including study preparation, academic success, and career entry.

Responsibilities:

Establishing and managing the central coordination office for the project for internal OTH units as well as partners from the business world and other external institutions
Building and maintaining a stakeholder network consisting of the university, businesses, and international students, planning and organizing stakeholder events (round table discussions, etc.)
Advising and mentoring prospective refugee and other international students and, if necessary, referring them to other experts
Developing and implementing integration measures for international graduates in the German job market
Planning, organizing, and conducting company events and business excursions
Planning and organizing subjectspecific tutorials

Requirements:

Relevant university degree with a Master of Engineering or Master of Science or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in project management
Financial management and reporting skills
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
Commitment, initiative, and organizational skills
Experience in networking and event management
