    A great UHY client is seeking an

    Operations Supervisor

    to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with variance analysis, WIP/Aging reports, and helping provide analysts with direction.

    The

    Operations Supervisor

    role is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week being onsite. This is a client direct hire position.

    Operations Supervisor


    Responsibilities :
    Lead and motivate the operational team to achieve performance targets and objectives.
    Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance productivity and morale.
    Foster a positive work environment conducive to collaboration and continuous improvement.
    Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
    Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
    Monitor production processes to identify and address bottlenecks or issues affecting productivity.
    Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control procedures.
    Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
    Implement measures to minimize inventory shrinkage and optimize inventory turnover.
    Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to meet customer requirements.
    Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
    Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all operational activities.
    Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of workplace safety among team members.
    Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and efficiency.
    Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational metrics, trends, and performance improvements.
    Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and revenue growth.

    Operations Supervisor


    Requirements :
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
    Proven experience in operations management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Solid understanding of production processes, inventory management principles, and quality assurance standards.
    Proficiency in using productivity software and ERP systems for data analysis and reporting.
    Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the industry.
