Role Description
This is a full-time Benefits Advisor role at Aflac located in Little Rock, AR, with flexibility for some remote work. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for advising and guiding clients in selecting the right benefits options for their employees. They will educate clients on Aflac's products and services, conduct needs assessments, and provide personalized recommendations. The Benefits Advisor will also build and maintain relationships with clients, assist with enrollment processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
