Role:
Technical Architect

Location:
San Diego, CA OR Dallas, TX**- Must have ability to mentor, train, and work with internal team.

  • Lead presenter in Change management process. Must have ability to speak to all technical changes presented in CAB.
  • Active participant in Roadmap Planning, Engineering design, and strategy lead.
  • Lead evangelist for modern management and cloud technologies.

MECM Technical Requirements:


  • Experience setting up and maintaining one or more of the following tools including Microsoft System Center, MECM (SCCM), Intune.
  • Expertise using Group Policy Management to for o365, WSUS, and machine level policy for client management.
  • Expert Knowledge and demonstrated ability to script (batch files, VBScript, PowerShell) and automate Windows workstation issue resolutions.
  • Expert knowledge in Operating System Deployment using MECM/MDT USMT and Task sequences.
  • Expert knowledge in Bare-Metal, IPU, and Windows Servicing methodologies.
  • Patch Management and vulnerability remediation
  • Working Knowledge of thirdparty patch management tools, ivanti, Patchmypc
  • Ability to troubleshoot MECM Server OS infrastructure, Networking as It relates to scope of system functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and triage complex Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android issues, including automating proactive health processes.
  • Building, configuring, testing, and implementing images for Windows 10 and 1
  • Working knowledge of SQL Queries and custom report building.
  • Experience in enterprise security related to Bit locker and end point protection

Intune Technical Requirements:


  • Expertise in MDM management of endpoint systems including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Expert knowledge of Apple Business, Android for work, to manage corporate owned devices.
  • Expertise in understanding Azure + Onpremise hybrid implementations of Intune in a highly secured environment.
  • Working Knowledge of comanaged infrastructure
  • Expertise in configuration profiles, app packaging and compliance policies for Windows machines.
  • Working knowledge of AAD, onprem AD and targeting of user vs Machine groups for optimized app deployments, configuration profile, and compliance policy assignments.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access and MAM setting configuration.
  • Working knowledge of windows Autopilot and architectural components.

Education:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field or 10+ years of working knowledge in lieu of schooling.
  • ITIL Certified

$50.00 per hour
