Responsibilities:


The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.

We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and experienced Intake Coordinator to support our LifeWorks School System in Doylestown PA for the Academic School Year.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide administrative assistance in all areas to Exec Director of Education and other administrators
  • Coordinate referrals, conduct intakes and tours to maintain and increase enrollment
  • Provide reliable and accurate data monthly regarding referral trend, market analysis and program needs
  • Attend IEP meetings as needed to contribute feedback pertaining to programming, goals and objectives as outlined in IEP
  • Provide staff support and supervision through role modeling, direct observation, supervision groups and individual supervision
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance initiatives, reports and procedures
  • Maintain relationships with school districts (referral sources) through open communication, marketing endeavors, IEP meetings and direct contact

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters Degree in Education or Counseling with current certification preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years prior teaching/counseling experience with students exhibiting emotional and behavioral issues in Special Education or Alternative School Setting
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience required
