- Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver on the assigned route.
- Operate packing mechanism and necessary controls for lifting and loading waste.
- Clean waste residues from the packer blade and truck body during disposal trips.
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle as per Company policy and report safety issues.
- Interact courteously with customers and team members daily to ensure timely and professional service.
- Monitor waste for unacceptable materials continuously.
- Clean up any accidental waste spills, following safety standards and policies.
- Maintain productivity standards for timely customer service.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Complete other assigned job-related tasks.
