Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM


Responsibilities:


  • Route incoming property sign telephone calls
  • Assist callers with printing requested information as legally allowed by an unlicensed assistant or direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare routine and special correspondence in connection with company listings or sales, as requested by the broker
  • Record and post payments received from closings, escrow receipts, real estate software, or company accounts to General Ledgers
  • Review and process new listing files and sales contracts as needed to support the broker and compliance officer
  • Compile data and prepare various reports
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Officer to monitor Multiple Listing Services and aid agents in compliance with all MLS Rules and Regulations
  • Complete all Suncoast Credit Union compliance and IT security training before deadlines
  • Attend any additional training as directed by the manager to perform job duties efficiently and accurately or to aid agents in performing their job duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, real estate brokerage experience a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, title agencies and government regulators
  • Accurate, detailoriented, and organized with task management
  • Good keyboarding ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Proficient technology skills to learn and operate company systems with little supervision
  • Good knowledge or ability to learn regulatory compliance necessary to successfully perform job responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate information requiring explanation or interpretation
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
