We are currently seeking a Head of People & Culture for Europe to join our team of innovative thinkers and collaborators on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.


As an ambassador for our people, culture, and edyn ideology (vision, purpose, and values), you will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle across our European operations.

You will ensure that our People & Culture practices are consistent, timely, legally compliant, and most importantly, human and soulful.

You will also oversee our Group People platforms and tools and work closely with our wider People Team to promote our edyn ideology throughout the company.


A unique role.

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Team to identify training needs for managers related to HR matters and develop and facilitate workshops, webinars, and video training to address these needs
  • Analyze and create HR metrics to target and improve key HR deliverables such as engagement, absence management, retention, recruitment, onboarding, equality, and performance management across our European properties
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with managers, including senior leaders, to become the goto person for providing confidential advice and guidance
  • Conduct regular People Reviews and audits with regional leaders to provide coaching and support on employee relations and
