- Develop, own, and execute the plan to grow our marketplace buyers and sellers, and retain and engage our community across paid and organic channels
- Become an expert in our funnel and constantly test new ways to improve it
- Roll up your sleeves to actually build Facebook ads, create Google campaigns, run a Discord event, or post a TikTok. You may not be perfect, but you know enough that you can help get things going. And the right marketer for this role will have an innate love of creating some portion of a marketing campaign
- Unlock and grow new channels through experimentation; develop frameworks for rapid experimentation that optimizes our growth channels and campaigns
- Influencers are crucial to us. You will own the influencer strategy and relationships with our Head of Content.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategy including email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Develop clear reporting for all core marketing spend and performance metrics to help us understand successes, learning, and trends (CAC, LTV, buyer and seller retention, conversion rate etc.)
- Work closely with the product team to optimize landing pages, enrollment funnels, and the other on-site interactions that are part of customer acquisition
- Source and manage relationships with outsourced agencies where applicable
- Oversee all marketing collateral and content development, including managing our content calendar and all aspects of execution
- 3-7 years of experience across some combination of the following: strategy or analytical role at a consulting firm or growth/marketing roles, preferably in a marketplace or ecomm startup
- You pride yourself on grit and relentlessness and commitment to delivering ROI
- You're be deeply analytical, hold a strategic understanding of how businesses grow and where bottlenecks arise, and have good benchmark understanding of what works in marketing, so you can recognise opportunities
- Deep understanding of the full-stack of customer acquisition opportunities, both functionally (how they work) and economically (what makes it work from a business perspective)
- Preferably you have strong experience on campaign execution and marketing analytics across email marketing, conversion rate optimization, direct mail, paid media, sponsorships, and more
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with remote teams
- It'd be great if you were located near the team in Boulder, but we're a fully remote company.
- CO: $110k - $150k minimum salary range based on experience
