The Schülerhilfe is one of the leading providers of qualified educational and tutoring services in Germany and Austria, as well as Germany's third largest franchise system.

For over 45 years, we have been offering individual tutoring in small groups of three to five students. Schülerhilfe provides tutoring in subjects such as math, German, English, and many others.


We are expanding our team in the field and are looking for a
Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Regensburg/Passau/Landshut area.



Your schedule will include:

  • Managing 1015 Schülerhilfe locations, including disciplinary management of employees
  • Recruiting and selecting employees
  • Training and coaching employees
  • Ensuring the implementation of Schülerhilfe concepts and introducing new services
  • Responsibility for the revenues and results of the region, as well as budget control and responsibility
  • Implementing ISO standards and ensuring the quality of instruction
  • Searching for new locations for expansion

You bring with you:

  • A solid professional education and initial management experience
  • Sales experience, ideally in franchised companies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly establish yourself as an accepted contact for employees and customers
  • Performance and goaloriented team leadership
