We are looking for a:

Quality Preplanner (m/f/d)
Your tasks

Analyzing customer requirements from drawings, specifications, and standards
Ensuring that customer requirements are known and implemented (internally and by suppliers), in line with internal requirements for cost efficiency and manufacturability
Creating validation and control plans
Evaluating the quality of plastic and laminated components according to customer requirements and VDA 1
Organizing and preparing documentation for sample production, including setting up samples in customer portals
Leading meetings or working groups, both internally and with customers
Analyzing tolerances and checking for feasibility; analyzing and interpreting measurement reports
Collaborating on the development of inspection gauge concepts and coordinating approval by the customer. Ensuring the capability of inspection equipment
Analyzing process capabilities and coordinating measures to achieve process capability
As a quality preplanner, you are the interface between the customer and the internal project team or production plant

Your profile

Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
At least five years of professional experience in the automotive industry and quality preplanning
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of requirements and development processes in the automotive industry
Excellent knowledge of sample production and maturity assurance
Good knowledge of the customer portals of German OEMs
Ability to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
Structured, independent, and solutionoriented work
