Cleaning of cutlery, dishes, and pots every Wednesday to Sunday from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM or 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Daily cleaning of kitchen floors and staff toilets / cleaning of ceiling and ventilation in the kitchen twice a month
Constant provision of clean dishes and other materials
Daily check of cleaning supplies
Adherence to guidelines in the work area (occupational safety, fire protection, HACCP, and legally required guidelines)
