We are currently looking for a Hearing Aid Master (m/f) to work as a branch manager in Kronach, as well as a Hearing Aid Journeyman (m/f).

Responsibilities:

Professional management of our specialty store
Individual fitting of hearing aids for customers and support during the adjustment period
Regional market observation and implementation of marketing measures
Establishment, expansion and maintenance of a regional network with pharmacies, ENT specialists and other multipliers

Qualifications:

Completed training as a Hearing Aid Master
Preferably professional experience
Commercial knowledge
Good computer skills
Enjoy working with people and expertise in the product range
Strong communication and implementation skills, as well as a high level of goal orientation
Teamwork and reliability
Experience in personnel management
