    Sr. Compensation Analyst
    Remote | Human Resources | Full-Time

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our HR team and take the lead in developing and communicating various compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will play a key role in ensuring that our compensation practices align with our company's strategy and support our talent attraction and retention efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Support the Chief HR Officer by tracking actions, making executive compensation recommendations, and providing analysis for the comp committee board
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive salary structures based on market data and internal equity considerations
    • Own the relationship with Radford, managing surveys and salary reviews
    • Lead the merit increase and bonus cycles, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget constraints
    • Analyze compensation data and market trends to make informed recommendations
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation practices
    • Communicate compensation policies and guidelines to managers and employees
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

    YOU BRING

    • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis
    • 3+ years of HRIS experience
    • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compensation practices
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • CCP certification
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources

    Compensation Information

    The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 per year, with additional annual incentives based on performance.
