- Support the Chief HR Officer by tracking actions, making executive compensation recommendations, and providing analysis for the comp committee board
- Develop and maintain comprehensive salary structures based on market data and internal equity considerations
- Own the relationship with Radford, managing surveys and salary reviews
- Lead the merit increase and bonus cycles, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget constraints
- Analyze compensation data and market trends to make informed recommendations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation practices
- Communicate compensation policies and guidelines to managers and employees
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis
- 3+ years of HRIS experience
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compensation practices
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our HR team and take the lead in developing and communicating various compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will play a key role in ensuring that our compensation practices align with our company's strategy and support our talent attraction and retention efforts.
