Overview:

NEWPRO Home Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, is
seeking
a Project Manager to join our Hartford team.

The Project Manager is in charge of the communication and process flow from post-sale through installation at all contact points for all Home Improvement Projects


Responsibilities:


  • To maintain standards and uniformity for all install sites including appearance and NEWPRO branding on vehicles, uniforms and job signage for all divisions.
  • To be the point of contact for all installation benchmarks ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • To generate additional business by promoting referral program and addon exclusive savings programs.
  • To supervise postinstall inspections to ensure 4 stars on guild quality surveys.
  • To visit install sites to ensure standards and benchmarks are achieved.
  • To report on mismeasures, misorders and reorders and follow through resolutions to job completion.
  • To be available to pull permits, measure jobs and attend to service calls.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum five years experience as a Project Manager
