Overview:

NEWPRO Home Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, is
seeking
a Project Manager to join our Hartford team.

The Project Manager is in charge of the communication and process flow from post-sale through installation at all contact points for all Home Improvement Projects

Responsibilities:

To maintain standards and uniformity for all install sites including appearance and NEWPRO branding on vehicles, uniforms and job signage for all divisions.
To be the point of contact for all installation benchmarks ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
To generate additional business by promoting referral program and addon exclusive savings programs.
To supervise postinstall inspections to ensure 4 stars on guild quality surveys.
To visit install sites to ensure standards and benchmarks are achieved.
To report on mismeasures, misorders and reorders and follow through resolutions to job completion.
To be available to pull permits, measure jobs and attend to service calls.

Qualifications:

Minimum five years experience as a Project Manager
