Location:
Cullowhee, Franklin, tele-health and outreach in the 8 western NC counties
Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
Hours:
30-40 hours per week, flexible around patient/provider needs

Job Description:
The Associate Behavioral Health Provider works under direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, delivering behavioral health therapy to patients, and collaborating to enhance all behavioral health and social services within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Psychotherapy
- Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement person-centered plans with proper documentation
- Manage caseload, offering individual and group therapy
- Deliver behavioral health services across different service areas
- Provide continuous follow-up care, case management, and referrals as needed
