Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care applying the nursing process as per Harris Regional Hospital's policies and procedures. Adhering to state board of nursing standards and regulations, the nurse maintains clinical competencies through continuous education and effectively delegates patient care priorities based on staff qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Require active Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or from a compact state.
2. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification mandatory.
3. ACLS certification from AHA within 1 year of hire and maintained thereafter.
