Umweltaudits für Industrie, Gewerbe und Immobilien
EHS-Compliance-Audits für Industrie-, Hightech- und Gewerbestandorte
Leitung von interdisziplinären Standortentwicklungsteams
Führung von behördlichen Registern
Projektleitung, Akquisition, Produktentwicklung
Anforderungsprofil:
Bildung:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Geowissenschaften, Umweltingenieur oder Vergleichbares mit Hochschulabschluss
Kenntnisse:
Grundkenntnisse in der Bewertung von kontaminierten Standorten, der Bewertung von Umweltrisiken und der Einhaltung von Umweltvorschriften
Projekterfahrung: Erfahrung in diesem Bereich ist zwingend erforderlich.
Kenntnisse in H&S sind von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäudeschadstoffe und Arbeitssicherheit erwünscht
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Deutsch und Englisch fließend und verhandlungssicher unbedingt erforderlich
Bereitschaft zu Reisen (in der Regel 1-2 Tage)
