Your Responsibilities:

You will have your workplace directly in the customer area of the branch and will be the first point of contact for our customers in the leasing department.
You will collect all relevant leasing data for our administration.
You will ensure a smooth process for our customers and continuously develop it.
You will train the employees in your branch on this topic and be responsible for communicating all updates to your colleagues.
You are familiar with the topic of bicycle insurance and will be the primary contact person.
You will drive the topic of company acquisition forward.

Your Profile:

You are organized, used to working independently, flexible, communicative, and always friendly.
Ideally, you share our passion for bicycles.
You have good computer skills and have no problem familiarizing yourself with new computer programs.
You are characterized by a high ability to learn, quick comprehension, and a structured and independent way of working.
