Industrial clerks take care of commercial and business tasks in companies such as order acceptance, contract processing, customer service, and invoicing.

The training usually lasts 3 years and includes insights into various departments such as purchasing, sales, human resources, finance, as well as areas such as IT, logistics, and quality management.

There is also the possibility to shorten the training to 2 years. The training is accompanied by block lessons.

As an industrial clerk, you will receive a collective training allowance, vacation and Christmas bonuses, 30 days of vacation per year, a 35-hour work week, company savings benefits, professional training, in-house training, and high chances of being hired for a long-term employment.
