    Description

    Role: IT Support Technician

    Location: Indianapolis, IN

    Job type: 6-month W2 Contract

    Job Description:

    • Technicians will work directly with clients to address computer issues, improving digital user experience and ensuring uninterrupted service.
    • Primary point of contact for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
    • Rotating between 3 Indianapolis sites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Bring high learning agility and customer service skills to understand critical business processes.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive change to enhance user experience.
    • Knowledge in computer hardware, software, network setup, and data privacy principles.
    • Excellent communication skills to partner with teams and customers.
    • Basic understanding of multiple operating systems.
    • IT Technician certification is a plus.

    The Workforce Productivity Services team seeks an IT Support Technician proficient in Windows and Macs.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED.
    • Completed Apple Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional.
    • Completed Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification.
    • Previous Help desk and Customer Service experience.
