About the repair, before taking my PS4 to be cleaned at the previous store for the first time, everything was working correctly. However, since then, the controllers have been automatically connecting and disconnecting even when the charging cable is connected. I took it back to the store, but they were unable to fix the issue and it still persists. I would like to know if it is an internal problem with the PS4 or if the controllers are not functioning properly.- Console brand and model: Playstation 4
