Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional ITA Profiles
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.
2. Configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules to meet client requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
3. Customize Oracle EBS setups, profiles, and flexfields to align with business needs and industry best practices.
4. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where standard EBS functionality requires enhancements or customizations.
5. Design and implement solutions to address identified gaps, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
6. Develop functional specifications for customizations, extensions, and reports within Oracle EBS Finance modules.
7. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions.
8. Lead and participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
9. Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase and post-go-live support.
10. Document functional designs, configurations, test cases, and user manuals as per project standards.
11. Support change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, to facilitate user adoption of new processes and systems.
12. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Certifications) is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience working as a functional consultant or analyst with a focus on Oracle EBS Financial modules.
3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or later versions, specifically Finance modules.
4. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS configuration, setups, and functional modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
5. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
6. Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS Finance projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
7. Proficiency in business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design within Oracle EBS.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
