- Supporting four senior HR leaders with calendar management and ad-hoc administrative requests
- Leading and supporting leadership and department meetings and events, including calendar setup, meals, and agenda collection
- Managing travel and expenses using Concur Travel & Expense management
- Coordinating budget preparation and monitoring department budget spending status
- Overseeing purchase order administration and executing invoices
- Assisting with talent acquisition coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate travel
- Coordinating large-scale employee sessions and assisting with talent data updates
- Managing PowerPoint documents and formatting
- Coordinating content updates and document uploads into employee self-service tool
- Handling assigned business-related and office-specific projects with minimal supervision
- Associate's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Working knowledge and usage of digital platforms (Workplace)
- Experience in high-change environments with demonstrated resilience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, and find resourceful solutions
- Empowered by finding new solutions and committed to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
- Displaying business acumen supporting Microsoft Office relied communications
