Development Specialist - Medford, United States - Concern for Independent Living
Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor funders' websites (OMH, OASAS, HCR, OTDA, DOH) for funding opportunities and Requests for Proposals.
Foundation Grant Writing:Writing and coordination of grants and proposals to various private foundations, banks and other corporations for funding to develop, expand or enhance programs. Submission of post-award documentation and reports as applicable.

Grant/Contract Maintenance: Coordinate, write and submit post-award documentation and records as necessary, including HHAP Annual Project Reports, FHLB AHP Annual Certifications, etc.
- Coordinate, write and submit contract renewals, including OTDA NYSSHP, and United Way Long Island Agreements. Continuum of care funding.
- Maintain contract and grant schedules.
- Typing documents, letters, etc. as needed by Executive Director and Senior Associate Executive Director.
- Coordinate calls and meetings for Executive Director and Senior Associate Executive Director, as assigned.
- Attend weekly Development Meetings with the Executive Director and the Senior Associate Executive Director.
- Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
- Assist/fillin for Development Coordinator, as needed.
- Any additional work as assigned.
Salary Range:
$60-$80k
