As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and deepening relationships within North America.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to leverage our client's data and analytical tools within existing client organizations, focusing on key areas like credit risk management, investment analysis, and regulatory compliance.
You will build strong relationships with senior executives and develop strategic account plans that maximize value and drive revenue growth.
Driving Strategic Growth:
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with senior executives at our clients, across diverse departments and functions.
Identify and assess potential use cases for our platform within existing client workflows and challenges.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand platform adoption and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services to meet specific client needs.
Building Customer Success:
Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to increase platform utilization and optimize client ROI.
Provide ongoing support and training to ensure clients get the most out of our platform.
Market Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including credit risk, capital markets, and relevant industry trends.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the financial industry.
Communicate the value proposition of our platform effectively to clients across different levels and backgrounds.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing large, complex, and sophisticated client accounts within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving account growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and familiarity with credit data solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
Collaborative and consultative approach, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
