YOUR TASKS

  • Disposition/ordering of tools, accessories, etc.
  • Monitoring delivery dates and creditor reminders
  • Booking of goods receipts, transfers and backorder resolutions
  • Recording, monitoring and booking of service orders
  • Creation and maintenance of master data records
  • Obtaining quotes, delivery times and price inquiries in English and German, as well as sales price calculations according to specifications
  • Checking and approving invoices (e.g. from manufacturer/supplier, transport service providers)
  • Preparation and execution of inventory in a team
  • Processing of complaint handling and return processing

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training, professional experience in a similar position, business knowledge or relevant studies desirable
  • Good technical understanding and quick comprehension as well as entrepreneurial understanding and cost awareness
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and a confident handling of
