The Director of Enrollment Management oversees all aspects of student recruitment and retention for the school.This position is responsible for working with the Director of Advancement and the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop effective admissions/retention strategies for the external and internal community.
The Director will communicate Wilmington Montessori School's mission, philosophy, and culture.The Director of Enrollment Management must thrive in a competitive market, representing WMS as the best educational choice for families.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Montessori school preferred
- 34 years in admissions or marketing preferred
- Experience with marketing strategy and brand management
- Understanding of independent school culture and market
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as a proven ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with social media tools and strategies
- Ability to both lead and execute
- Outstanding judgment
- High level of energy, creativity and flexibility
- Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
