The Le Jardin non-profit GmbH was founded in 2003 and is the operator of currently 13 multilingual daycare centers (crèche and kindergarten).

Our concept is based on 3 pillars:

Multilingualism: At Le Jardin, children are immersed in a true language bath every day (immersion principle). Our groups are bilingual: German/French, German/English, German/Spanish. Our educators always speak to the children in their native language.

Open-mindedness: Multilingualism promotes equality, tolerance, acceptance, and solidarity. Le Jardin welcomes people from all countries. Through our international team, we enable an authentic exchange of cultures in everyday dialogue.

Conscious living in and with nature: Our fundamental nature-conscious attitude is integrated into our daily work and is deepened through visits to our gardens and allotments, as well as trips to nearby parks and forests.

  • Assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of the manager
  • Organizing day-to-day operations (including scheduling, vacation, compensatory days, time sheets, annual overview, supervision, team meetings, substitute assignments)
