Description
The city of Troisdorf, with approximately inhabitants, is the largest city in the Rhein-Sieg district.

Located between Cologne and Bonn, it offers outstanding future prospects as a business location and educational region, while also providing a high quality of leisure activities.

The Building and Cemetery Office is currently seeking a specialist for green maintenance (m/f/d) (EG 6 TVöD) to start as soon as possible.

The position can be filled with full-time employees or a combination of part-time employees.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the city's sports fields, green spaces, cemeteries, and the municipal wildlife park, with a focus on green maintenance.

This includes operating equipment carriers, construction and maintenance machines, and multifunctional municipal vehicles.

You will also be responsible for caring for and creating extensive and intensive lawn areas, as well as tree and shrub maintenance, including felling work.

Other duties may include providing services and participating in on-call duty, such as winter service, the wildlife park, the forest park, and logistical support for events, including weekends.


Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a gardener with a specialization in garden and landscape construction. Professional experience in cemeteries, garden and landscape construction, or a municipal yard. Experience in green space maintenance. A valid driver's license, at least class B, is a mandatory requirement, class BE, C1, or C1E is desirable. Experience in operating equipment carriers, tractors
