Responsibilities

• Utilize all performance, development, and career tools to their fullest extent through effective communication.
• Report customer requests or issues to your Shift Manager promptly.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with managers and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations relevant to the industry.
• Aid in maintenance and housekeeping duties as required.
• Foster and uphold a positive work environment.
• Prioritize making customers feel valued and appreciated.
• Manage time with efficiency and effectiveness.

Abilities and skills required for the Retail Consultant position

• Deliver outstanding and professional customer service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Be capable of standing, walking, lifting, sitting, and bending for the majority of the work schedule.
• Offer recommendations and assistance in finding suitable cannabis products based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and willingness to follow directions.
• Possess problemsolving and analytical abilities.
• Stay focused on tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Exhibit reliability, punctuality, initiative, adaptability, patience, and integrity.
• Pay close attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
