WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US?

  • Process consulting in the field of function development for highvoltage storage to improve software quality
  • Development and improvement of processes for functional safety according to ISO2626
  • Project management tasks: development and agreement of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities of different roles in the function development environment
  • Preparation and management of an ASPICE assessment, including development and implementation of measures to improve the level classification
  • Introduction of a lessons learned platform, monitoring of lessons learned topics, and derivation of measures for continuous improvement
  • Preparation and execution of process training for function developers including preparation and execution of workshops to improve process work
