On behalf of a nursing company in Merseburg, we are looking for a Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

Ensuring a high quality of care and support for our residents
Personnel management and development
Planning, controlling and monitoring work processes
Further development of nursing concepts and quality management processes
Professional and organizational management of the nursing area

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training as a nursing professional (m/w/d)
A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to 80 SGB XI
Binding and customeroriented appearance
Several years of experience in managing inpatient nursing facilities and leading teams
Knowledge of quality management as well as dealing with the legal framework in nursing
