Our school district serves approximately 5,000 students through our seven Title 1 schools:
five elementary schools, one junior high school, and one high school. Additionally, one alternative school is available to our secondary school population.

Although we are a rural community, those of us who live in Hardee County feel like we are the best kept secret in our state - A quiet town with virtually no commute to work during the week, and a quick 45 minute - 1 1⁄4 hour drive to Lakeland, Sarasota, Tampa or St.

Petersburg when we are looking for weekend fun or beach time

Job Type:
Full-time positions available: 1 High School English Language Arts Teacher, beginning in the school year.

Salary Range:
Starting pay is $48,125 (may include applicable supplements)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
