    Lakewood NJ

    $50,000 - $70,000 + Commission DOE

    Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our sales team at a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on progress.
    • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions to meet client needs.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
    • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and business development in the IT industry, preferably in the Managed Services space.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business practices.
