- Audit warehouse daily to ensure inventory accuracy as directed by supervisor/lead
- Receive inbound raw material/packaging deliveries
- Validate all COAs from supplier upon receiving to ensure material is within company specification
- Properly label pallets with storage unit tags and allergen labels
- Perform physical/systematic movements of raw material received to correct storage locations
- Stage material for upcoming outbound shipments to the bakery per stock transfer order
- Load materials onto outbound trailers for shipment to the bakery per stock transfer order (STO)
- Monitors all orders received from the bakery and uses picklist properly to supply the bakery with FEFO materials
- Monitor and track all material movements to ensure inventory accuracies
- Conduct daily physical inventory cycle counts in accordance with the published schedule
- Maintain housekeeping in a dry warehouse
- Monitors movements to guarantee FEFO is being followed
- Operates lift truck in production area and warehouse
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- At least 1 year of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of inventory/cycle counting experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of forklift experience a plus (Stand up, walkie rider, deep reach trucks)
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively
