JD- As a Dynamics 365 Functional Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE
