****Summary of Job Duties:****

The Tech Store Sales Associate will work with patrons of the Tech Store and Service Center using their tech-savvy abilities and knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and perform cash register operations while maintaining a high level of customer service.****Qualifications:****

**Minimum Qualifications:**

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

Experience and understanding of technology including Windows and/or Mac technology and operating systems

Minimum 15 hours of availability in 4-hour shifts per week

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Previous retail experience

Previous cash register operations experience

Database and/or website experience

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**

Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service

Ability to interface with customers with an approachable and positive attitude

**Salary Information:**

$11.00 per hour
