Job Requirements:


  • Guide guests through the guest registration process and provide information about the Inn and area attractions.
  • Complete daily shift checklist.
  • Process transactions following established procedures.
  • Answer and transfer calls in accordance with property standards.
  • Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
  • Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.
  • Complete all checkout procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios.
  • Respond to guest inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, cando attitude.
  • Ability to solve problems with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Basic computer and office skills.
  • Ensure follow through on all issues pertaining to Guest Services.
  • Use guest names throughout your interaction with them.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Complete and print all required daily reports, records & logs as necessary.
  • Restock & organize all work areas as necessary.
  • Complete other tasks as required.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Inperson
