Mass Mutual is focusing our efforts on business owners, estate conservation, retirement planning,insurance, and tax strategy solutions.


Role Overview:

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients to discuss financial needs and concerns
  • Identify and develope new opportunities to promote business.
  • Help clients achieve their financial goals by presenting customized solutions of products and services
  • Develop new and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals thorough prospecting, outside sales calls, and written communication.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience (outside sales representative, retail sales associates) preferred
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid Life, Health, and Annuities License (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

Salary:
$80,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year


Pay:
$75, $100,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
