    Description

    Compliance Clerk

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Clerk Specialist to ensure that our light industrial staffing agency is fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Compliance Specialist will work closely with our management team to maintain compliance policies and procedures, conduct internal audits, and train our staff on compliance best practices.

    Duties

    • Monitor and stay up-to-date with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
    • Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
    • Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
    • Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compliance activities.
    • Coordinate and support the agency's responses to audits, inquiries, and other regulatory actions.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the staffing or light industrial industries.
    • Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
    • Proficient in Google and other relevant software programs.
