Duties
&
Responsibilities:
- Leads short
- term cases with passion, developing treatment plans, and ensuring progress.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in clinical social work, counseling, or related field. 12 years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or community setting. LPC, LSW, or relevant certification/licensure required (or obtain within 1 year). Bilingual proficiency in a second language (both written and oral).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (K/S/A):
- Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills; ability to handle routine calculations.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

These residential programs require that employees are available to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, according to programmatic needs, licensing requirements, and/or contract requirements.
