  • During your training, you'll get to know different departments and teams, such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Controlling, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Logistics, and gain comprehensive insights into the functioning of an online shop and the daily operations of online marketing.
  • Learn how to present products and services online and conduct digital customer acquisition.
  • Create web analytics and optimize the website based on online visitor behavior.
  • Manage applications such as push notifications and coupon functions, and coordinate design and programming.
  • Discover the importance of special features in the B2B sector and gain cross-country insights into different online strategies through regular Skype and team meetings.
  • Take on small projects and handle them independently.
What you bring:
