Job Overview:
As the Mitigation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of water, wind, fire, and mold mitigation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, effectively, and with the highest level of client satisfaction.
You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver top-notch service on every job.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.An IICRC Certification in WRT/ASD and either FSRT & OCT or AMRT is required. TRG will provide on-the-job training and pay for industry certifications and CECs including IICRC and OSHA.
TRG requires that you have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test and background screening.

You should be able to interact well with clients but most importantly, be a great listener and know how to keep a conversation on track.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support throughout restoration projects
- Coordinate and schedule mitigation jobs, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop appropriate restoration plans
- Oversee the use of power tools and equipment during restoration processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all restoration activities
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, labor hours, and expenses
- Document job progress using platform SOP and photographs
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in restoration techniques
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is required
- Must have a strong knowledge of various restoration processes, including mold remediation, containment, fire restoration, biohazard, and water damage restoration
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment commonly used in restoration projects
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with web based software including Google Workspace, Microsoft,
- Proficiency with technology including smart phones, iPads, and laptops
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week

- Water damage restoration: 3 years (required)
