Description
The Municipal Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Municipality and for assisting the Mayor with overseeing all executive functions of the government.
The appointment, qualifications, prohibitions, and powers and duties of the position are defined in Sections of Kingston's Home Rule Charter.
The Municipality of Kingston employs 80 full-time employees and has a total 2024 General Fund Budget of $11,683, The Municipality provides professional-grade administrative, police, fire, public works, and parks and recreation services.

$100, $140,000.00 per year
