    Description

    Job Title: Recovery Support Specialist (Case Manager) at Spero Health in Owensboro, KY

    • Spero Health is looking for an enthusiastic Recovery Support Specialist (Case Manager) to join their team
    • This role involves supporting the mission of 'Saving Lives, Instilling Hope, and Restoring Relationships' through a patient-centered approach
    • Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, advocating for patients, providing education and support, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs
    • Develop and implement treatment plans
    • Advocate for needed services and benefits
    • Provide education and support in various areas
    • Engage patients in recovery-oriented care
    • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulations
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

    Requirements:

    • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or Master's Degree in Human Services
    • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment/internship in a human-services setting OR Master's Degree in behavioral science
