Your responsibilities:

As a consultant (m/f/d), you will be fully integrated into the communication and work structures of the nursing management. You will support the nursing management in organizing and developing the nursing and functional services. You will lead and support nursing-related projects and develop innovative concepts for employee retention. You will also work closely with personnel controlling.
