- Work with different heads of department to monitor inventory levels, assess supply vendors and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards.
- Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates
- Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations.
- Schedule outgoing deliveries with various sources
- Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service to our members
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Track and trace shipments
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers
- Interact with our customers and meet customer standards
- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (local delivery companies, trucking companies, and others)
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
- Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
