Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center, a NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) facility, is currently recruiting Cleaners.

• When: Friday 5/3 2:00pm 6:00pm & Saturday 5/4 10:00am 2:00pm

Cleaners at Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center perform a wide range of cleaning tasks that are essential for infection prevention and provide a safe, healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors including:

• Collect and empty trash and recycling.
• Wash floors,, stairwells,, and windows.
• Vacuum, strip, and wax floors, and shampoo carpets.
• Scrub and clean showers and restrooms.
• Move and arrange furniture when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• There are no education or experience requirements. Cleaners must be able to physically perform the tasks of the position and understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
