Description

Position responsibilities:

Oversee the organization, governance, and analysis of data within an enterprise-level experience management system
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits and quality checks
Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries and schedule data analysis reports
Review and take necessary steps to update data in the experience management platform based on changes provided from the billing and CRM systems
Analyze and manipulate data in Microsoft Excel and prepare data files to correct data in the experience management platform
After training, be able to run searches and perform bulk edits in the experience management platform
Regularly report progress to Knowledge Services Attorney and administrative team for the experience management platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system processes and workflows
Understand how experience management platform data ties into the larger business and technical context of the firm's data platforms and needs

This role can work remote with the occasional onsite meetings near an office in following states - MA, IL, CO, CA, NY (office)/NJ/CT, DC, VA, WA; locations are as follows: New York, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Chicago, Palo Alto, Washington DC, Boston, Denver, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Reston and Washington DC.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree
Experience using Litera's Foundation platform
Experience searching for and using data from Salesforce and Pitchbook platforms

Skills and experience:

Required:

Exhibit proficiency of applications in Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications
Advanced Microsoft Excel, including, but not limited to, ability to perform data manipulation and analysis using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.

* 2+ years of direct-related experience working in law firm

Data analysis or accounting position providing data analysis and management of law firm data
